When purchasing dog clothing remember to get the right fit. You should review the manufacturers’ particular way to do measurements. You will find that measurements for dog clothing manufacturers’ can vary and some do and others don’t include the weight or other factors to determine what the right size dog clothing your pet should have.
Therefore, again review the manufacturer of the item before buying and then measure your pet. This way you can buy the right item on your visit time avoiding the potential hassle of later needing to do a return.

As a reference, we are using the Fashion Pet dog clothing measurement guide below. As you can see from the picture for Fashion Pet you want to measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. You can then take this number and look below at the range of dog clothing from XXS to XXL. They provide also some examples of dogs that fit in with these requirements.
